Where H2H Insurance Writes Policies
Our office is at 10521 Bloomingdale Ridge Dr, Suite A in Riverview, and most of the households and small businesses we insure sit within about a half hour of it. We also write regularly in Orlando. We are licensed statewide, so nothing has to change if you move within Florida or own property elsewhere in the state, but the pages below are about the places we know street by street.
That local knowledge is not a slogan in Florida. Two houses a mile apart can sit in different flood zones, different evacuation zones, and under different local building rules, and the carriers price all three. An agent who has already written policies on your street knows what the underwriters will and will not do with it.
Hillsborough County
- Riverview — our home office, and the market we know best
- Brandon — inland, and where roof age drives more declinations than anything else
- Apollo Beach — canal and waterfront homes, where wind and flood have to be bought separately
- Ruskin — South Shore, and a strong fit for the state’s wind mitigation grant program
- Tampa — inside city limits, where the floodplain rules are administered by the city, not the county
- Carrollwood — northwest Hillsborough, where the sinkhole coverage question is a real one
Pinellas County
- St. Petersburg — where the city’s substantial improvement threshold is stricter than the federal one
- Clearwater — coastal Pinellas, and the front line of the Citizens takeout letters
Pasco County
- New Port Richey, Port Richey and Hudson — coastal west Pasco, where the flood zone does more to the rate than anything else on the application
- Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes and Zephyrhills — the inland growth corridor, where newer construction changes what carriers are willing to write
Hernando County
- Spring Hill and Brooksville — inland Hernando, part of the same limestone belt that makes the sinkhole question a real one
- Hernando Beach and the Weeki Wachee communities — coastal, where wind and flood have to be bought separately
Central Florida
- Orlando — where the flood risk is fresh water rather than surge, and Orange County’s FEMA rating earns a flood insurance discount most homeowners have never been told about
What we quote
Home, auto, flood, business, boat, condo, renters and umbrella, plus classic and collector vehicle coverage through Hagerty. We are an independent brokerage, so we shop a panel of A rated carriers rather than selling one company’s product, and we come back to you with options rather than a single number.
Call us at (813) 499-9347 or use the quote form and we will tell you what your address actually does to your rate.
The information on these pages is general and current as of August 2026. Statutes, flood maps, evacuation zones and carrier appetites all change. Your own policy language controls what is and is not covered, and we are happy to read it with you.
